We are looking to add a Graphic Designer who is a “Rock Star” to our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, accuracy, accountability and communication. This role requires someone that is a self-starter, versatile and driven.

Graphic Design Rock Star:

Collaborate with guests on their printing and imaging projects. Each guest has a unique story; bringing them to life is a very rewarding experience. Examples of how you will assist clients include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting and consulting with Brides on Invitations that you would be designing and printing.
• Designing marketing material and ad lay-out.
• Consulting with clients on Holiday Cards and custom designs.
• Working with clients in a design environment.
• Meeting and consulting with business clients and assessing their needs as a priority.

You are:

Proactive to a fault. You are a card-carrying member of the “Get Stuff Done” Club.

A happy “people-person”. Positive attitude required from opening to closing.

Always willing to learn and practices “Confidence without Attitude”.

With Mad “Rock Star Level” Skills:

Customer Service experience required

Complete knowledge of printing, design and finishing

Proficiency in Adobe Suite

Other task you will learn:

Help guest make photographic prints from images on their mobile devices.

Take in orders for film and photo scanning, digitizing video tapes and movie film, restoring old and damaged photos and take in film orders.

Helping clients with framing orders, as well as design jobs such as wedding suites or gifting.

Assist guests with creating large prints, wall décor and creative products.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong customer service skills
• Photoshop and Illustrator experience/expertise required.
• Examples of work and design required. Link to online portfolio
• Printing equipment experience is not required but a HUGE advantage.
• Self-motivated
• Flexible schedule
• Interest in photography and a working knowledge of Color Theory is essential
• Comfortable working with customers
• Able to learn new things
• Dynamic personality is a MUST
No Remote Work
• -In store presence is required
• at least 3 years experience in the Graphic Design / Marketing field
