The Role:
Join us as our in-house Video Editor & Graphic Designer and become the creative engine of our awareness campaigns. You will have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and see your ideas directly impact lives.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Transforming Stories into Movement: Edit compelling short form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) that stops scrollers and drives engagement for our cause.
Crafting Deeply Moving Narratives: Produce long-form documentaries, talk shows, and podcasts that share the powerful journeys of our patients and families.
Simplifying Science with Art: Design eye-catching graphics and explainer videos that turn complex medical information into clear, shareable, and empathetic content.
Building a Visual Identity: Create stunning graphics for everything from social media posts and infographics to event banners and fundraising materials, ensuring our brand is consistent and compelling.
Being a Creative Leader: Collaborate with our team to conceptualize and execute full-scale campaigns from the ground up. Your vision will shape how the world sees thalassemia.
Who You Are:
We’re looking for more than just a list of software skills. We're looking for a passionate creator who sees this as a calling.
You Possess:
A demonstrable passion for visual storytelling, with a portfolio that shows your skill in both video editing and graphic design.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop are essential).
A great eye for detail you understand how color grading, sound design, and typography work together to evoke emotion.
The ability to take a concept and run with it, bringing abstract ideas to life with creativity and precision.
Experience in or a passion for the non-profit, healthcare, or social awareness sectors. (Bonus)
