We are looking for a passionate and skilled Graphic Designing & Video Editing Trainer to join our team and empower the next generation of creative professionals.

The Role: Graphic Designing & Video Editing Trainer

As a Creative Trainer at NCA, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical training in graphic design and video editing. You will combine strong fundamentals with real-world agency workflows so students graduate ready for industry work and freelancing.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Conduct training sessions (Online / Offline / Hybrid) on:
• Graphic Designing (Branding, social media creatives, ads, posters, thumbnails etc.)
• Video Editing (Reels, short-form content, YouTube edits, motion basics etc.)
• Teach industry tools and workflows including:
• Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent)
• Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Filmora (or equivalent)
• Develop and regularly update course curriculum aligned with current design & video trends.
• Integrate AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative design, AI video assists, smart editors).
• Provide hands-on mentorship to students working on live client and portfolio projects.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical tests, and final projects.
• Support the agency team part-time (as needed) for creative production, ensuring you stay connected to real-world work.
• Maintain a vibrant, motivating, and highly practical learning environment.

What You Bring (Requirements)

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of practical experience in Graphic Designing and/or Video Editing
• Agency experience preferred

Core Expertise:

• Strong command over Design Principles: typography, color theory, layout, branding
• Strong command over Video Storytelling & Editing: pacing, transitions, audio sync, social media formats
• Ability to teach students how to create portfolio-ready work

Teaching & Mentoring:

• Prior teaching / training / mentoring experience is a big plus
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Friendly, patient, and student-focused approach
• Good time management & classroom discipline

Location:

• Must be willing to work from our Adampur campus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
