Job Title: Graphic Designer – BG

Role Overview

As a designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our client campaigns. You will collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and account managers to produce polished, on-brand designs for digital marketing projects, ensuring consistency and creativity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design assets for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital content.
  • Ensure all deliverables are visually compelling, consistent with brand guidelines, and ready for client delivery.
  • Incorporate feedback from lead designers, account managers, and clients to refine creative output.
  • Maintain organized files and follow structured naming conventions.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and digital best practices.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and team output.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, versatile digital design work.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing design requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with nonprofit or social impact clients is a plus.
