Role Overview
As a designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our client campaigns. You will collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and account managers to produce polished, on-brand designs for digital marketing projects, ensuring consistency and creativity across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design assets for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital content.
- Ensure all deliverables are visually compelling, consistent with brand guidelines, and ready for client delivery.
- Incorporate feedback from lead designers, account managers, and clients to refine creative output.
- Maintain organized files and follow structured naming conventions.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and digital best practices.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and team output.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, versatile digital design work.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing design requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with nonprofit or social impact clients is a plus.
