Graphic Garments Designer

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative Apparel Graphic & Sublimation Designer with expertise in graphic designing, garment mockups, and sublimation layouts. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sportswear and fashion design and be capable of turning ideas into production-ready artworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original graphic designs for sportswear, safety wear, and fashion garments.
• Develop accurate and visually appealing mockups for client presentations.
• Prepare sublimation files and all-over print designs with correct panel placements, measurements, and color separations.
• Work closely with the sales and production team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Stay updated on design trends, sublimation techniques, and garment customization.
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in apparel/garments graphic design (sportswear or safety wear preferred).
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar software.
• Hands-on experience with mockup creation and sublimation design files.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with sales, merchandising, and clients.
