Graphic Illustrator (RFP & Government Proposal Experience)

Overview:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Illustrator with experience supporting RFPs, government proposals, and technical submissions. This role will focus on creating high-quality visuals that enhance proposal content, clearly communicate complex information, and align with government and corporate branding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for RFPs, RFQs, and government proposals
• Develop visual content including:
• Infographics
• Process diagrams
• Organizational charts
• Technical illustrations
• Translate complex technical information into clear, visually engaging formats
• Ensure all graphics meet compliance, formatting, and branding requirements
• Collaborate with proposal writers and technical teams to meet deadlines
• Format documents for submission (Word, PowerPoint, PDF)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with government proposals / RFP responses
• Strong portfolio showcasing proposal or technical illustration work
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with layout design and document formatting for submissions
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

• Experience with AEC, engineering, or technical services firms
• Familiarity with SF-330 or similar government submission formats
• Understanding of compliance-driven formatting requirements

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
