Graphic Installer

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail- oriented team member to support both production and customer- facing tasks. This role involves hands-on work in vinyl graphics productions and installation, along with clerical responsibilities.

Key duties include processing and applying vinyl graphics to various substrates, assisting with on- site installations, interacting with customers to gather project details, answering phones, and delivering prompt, courteous costumer service.

This position requires the ability to work in both fabrication shop environment and travel to occasional off- site locations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Vinyl graphic installation experience: 1 year preferred (On-site training provided)
• Flexi Design/ Flexi Production Manager: 1 year preferred (On- site training provided)
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including heat and cold
• Comfortable working in a fast- paced, production-oriented environment
• Knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, and products is a plus
• Ability to read and use a ruler and tape measure accurately
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of color theory and design concepts is a plus
• Graphic design education or equivalent experience is preferred
• High attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Prepare vinyl graphics for production and installation
• Apply vinyl graphics to various substrates, including metal and plastic
• Install graphics on vehicles, windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces (indoor and outdoor)
• Maintain high-quality standards on all work
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend effective solutions
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
