Job Summary

The Graphic Motion Designer will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and high-impact visual content to support marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and property launches. The ideal candidate has strong creative vision, technical expertise, and experience in real estate or luxury branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, website, and presentations.
• Create promotional videos, property walkthrough animations, and explainer videos for new project launches.
• Develop visually compelling content for paid ads, LED screens, events, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to translate concepts into engaging visual stories.
• Edit video content including color grading, sound design, and post-production enhancements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging motion design techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in motion graphics and video production (real estate experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video projects.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
