Graphic & Motion Designer

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team in the optical retail industry. The ideal candidate will design engaging visual content for social media, print, and in-store branding while supporting our marketing team with timely and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design daily social media posts, stories, and advertisements for brand promotion.

· Create motion graphics, reels, short videos, and animated content for campaigns.

· Develop print materials such as posters, brochures, banners, and in-store branding.

· Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute creative requirements.

· Ensure timely delivery of all design work while maintaining brand consistency.

· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Prepare final files for printing and coordinate when required with printers or vendors.

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.

· 2 years’ experience in Retail designing is an added plus

· Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects for motion).

· Strong portfolio showcasing social media design, motion graphics, and print work.

· Good understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual branding.

· Ability to design in Arabic and English.

· Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics & AI design tools.

· Ability to multitask, take feedback positively, and deliver high-quality results on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
