Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic / Motion Designer to design high-impact static and motion visuals across digital platforms. This role requires a strong visual sense, speed, and the ability to deliver engaging designs in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
You will work closely with content, production, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through graphics, animations, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static graphics for digital platforms (social media, thumbnails, banners)
- Create motion graphics and animations for videos, live shows, and promos
- Develop lower-thirds, overlays, transitions, and visual packages for live content
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
- Collaborate with editors, producers, and content teams
- Deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines
- Adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats
- Support campaigns, shows, and live broadcasts visually
Required Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in graphic and/or motion design
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (Premiere Pro a plus)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color
- Experience creating motion graphics for digital or video content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Strong attention to detail and creative execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Gaming / Esports / Digital-first media
- Familiarity with live broadcast graphics
- Knowledge of 3D, animation, or advanced motion tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work
