About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is skilled in visual storytelling, digital-first design, and producing high-quality static and motion content for social media, ads, website, and brand campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who understands modern design language, stays updated with trends, and can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and motion.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

  • Design high-quality static creatives for social media, ads, product launches, website banners, emails, and brand campaigns.
  • Translate brand guidelines into visually consistent creatives across platforms.
  • Create packaging mockups, print collaterals, posters, and offline material when required.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver campaign creatives aligned with brand objectives.

Motion Graphics

  • Develop short-form videos, animations, reels, GIFs, product explainers, and motion ads.
  • Create motion assets for Meta, Google, and Amazon ads, ensuring high conversion and engagement.
  • Add dynamic transitions, kinetic typography, and smooth animations to elevate brand storytelling.
  • Work on promotional videos, product videos, and brand films in collaboration with video teams.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with brand, content, and marketing teams.
  • Work closely with performance teams to understand creative insights and convert them into data-backed iterations.
  • Develop fresh creative concepts and explore experimental visual formats.

Brand & Asset Management

  • Maintain an organized library of design files, brand assets, templates, and project folders.
  • Ensure consistency in design quality, brand colors, fonts, tone, and layout across all creatives.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Motion Designer in a D2C, e-commerce, agency, or consumer brand environment.
  • Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (Figma bonus).
  • Solid understanding of design principles: layout, color theory, typography, spacing, contrast, and hierarchy.
  • Experience creating both static and motion creatives for social media and ads.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of static and motion work.
