Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Graphic Production & Installation Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for producing, finishing, and installing a wide variety of visual graphics, including signs, banners, vehicle wraps, wall graphics, window films, trade show displays, and other custom branding solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Production

• Operate large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and finishing equipment.
• Prepare artwork files for production and ensure quality standards are met.
• Weed, mask, trim, laminate, and finish printed graphics.
• Maintain production equipment, and work areas.
• Perform quality inspections on completed products before installation.

Installation

• Install vinyl graphics, signs, banners, wall murals, window graphics, and vehicle graphics.
• Measure and prepare installation surfaces to ensure proper application.
• Safely use ladders, lifts, hand tools, and installation equipment.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges on-site and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to customer specifications.

General Duties

• Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of installation and production supplies.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively with customers, graphic designers, and other team members.
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sign production, graphic installation, printing, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of vinyl application techniques and large-format printing processes.
• Ability to read measurements and work from production drawings.
• Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vehicle wraps and fleet graphics.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other graphic design software.
• Experience operating large-format printers and finishing equipment.
• OSHA, lift certification, or industry installation certifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
