ASF-Direct is a 20 year old established company based in San Antonio, Texas. From 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, we design and produce custom spirit items for high schools and middle schools across 48 states.

We have printed thousands of spirit shirts and promotional items that are proudly worn and distributed at school events nationwide. Our work directly supports schools, students, families, and their communities.

We are currently seeking a Graphic Screen Print Artist to join our in-house design team.

Position Overview

This role works directly with our design and production teams to create and revise sponsor ads and school spirit artwork for screen print production. The ideal candidate understands both digital design and how artwork translates to screen printing.

This is an on-site position only — no telecommuting or freelance arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and revise sponsor advertisements for spirit items
• Recreate logos and vector artwork from various file types
• Prepare artwork for screen print production
• Ensure artwork is clean, production-ready, and accurate
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and consistency

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 1 year experience with Adobe Illustrator (required)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Strong vector illustration skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a Windows 11 environment
• Positive attitude and strong team mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Screen printing experience is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
