Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Trainer located in New Delhi. The Graphic Trainer will be responsible for training students in Graphic principles, software tools, and techniques. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, designing curriculum-oriented lesson plans, guiding students on projects, evaluating progress, and staying updated on the latest industry trends. The role also involves mentoring students to prepare them for their professional careers in media and entertainment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

ü Conduct classroom and lab sessions on graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, etc.

ü Teach design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

ü Evaluate student assignments, provide constructive feedback, and guide them on portfolio development.

ü Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into the teaching methodology.

ü Assist in organizing workshops, design competitions, and student showcase events.

ü Coordinate and participate in workshops, design activities, and academic events.

Required Skills:

ü Good communicator in Hindi and English.

ü Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).

ü Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

ü Strong knowledge of design principles and creative development processes.

ü Prior teaching/training experience in graphic design preferred

Experience:

ü 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or teaching/training roles.

ü Fresher’s with strong design portfolios may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
