Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic and UI Designer to join our team, we are also striving for highly creative mind who can merge artistic expression with modern design principles to create visually stunning and impactful experiences. Ability to craft visuals that leave a lasting impression and create strong recall in the audience’s mind.

• Has a deep passion for art and painting, with a keen eye for beauty, balance, and detail.
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ensure a seamless user experience by aligning design solutions with UX research and business goals.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design.
• Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Applies UI/UX principles to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces
• Blends creativity with strategy, ensuring every design is both visually appealing and functionally effective.
• Has knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus, not mandatory).
• Understands the psychology of design — how colors, shapes, typography, and layouts influence perception and behavior.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, fine arts or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic and UI design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
• Experience with video editing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus..
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job timings:

• 4 hours a day (24 hours a week)
• Sunday off
