Graphic & UI-UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics and creating seamless, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience across digital platforms. This role requires a strong eye for design, proficiency in design tools, and an understanding of modern UI/UX principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for web, mobile, and marketing materials.
• Create intuitive, responsive, and user-centered UI/UX designs for websites, mobile apps, and web applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX and graphic design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
