We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI/UX Designer who can seamlessly work across branding, print design, and digital user experiences. This role will contribute to both client projects and internal brand initiatives, including marketing creatives, print materials, and website redesign projects.
You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs while ensuring strong usability, consistency, and brand alignment across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with marketing, development, content, and project teams to bring ideas from concept to execution.
- Graphic Design & Brand Visuals
- Design high-quality creatives for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, pitch decks, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.
- Work on internal brand assets as well as client brand guidelines and visual systems.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color, layout, and brand identity across all deliverables.
- Prepare print-ready files with correct formats, resolutions, bleed, and color standards (CMYK/RGB).
- Translate briefs and business requirements into visually engaging design solutions.
- UI/UX Design for Web & Digital Projects
- Design user journeys, wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes for websites and digital products.
- Work on website redesign projects for clients and internal brands, ensuring usability, accessibility, and modern UI standards.
- Create responsive UI designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile views.
- Present design concepts clearly and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure UX best practices, clarity, and visual hierarchy throughout the design process.
- Collaboration & Execution
- Collaborate with developers, content teams, marketers, and project managers for smooth design handoff and implementation.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Support marketing and product teams with ongoing creative requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design with hands-on exposure to UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, print design, and web/UI projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong working knowledge of UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, UI systems, and prototypes.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and web design standards.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and design quality.
- Ability to balance creativity with usability and business goals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better design-to-development collaboration.
- Experience with motion graphics, animations, or interactive elements.
- Exposure to UX research, usability testing, or CRO concepts.
