Graphic & UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic & UI/UX Designer who can handle both visual design and user experience design. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, user-centric thinking, and the ability to create visually appealing graphics along with intuitive digital interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure proper implementation
• Maintain consistency in design systems and UI standards
• Improve user experience based on feedback and analytics

Graphic Design Responsibilities

• Design marketing creatives such as banners, social media posts, brochures, posters, and presentations
• Create branding materials including logos, icons, and visual assets
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines
• Support marketing and sales teams with creative requirements
• Edit and enhance images and graphics as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of relevant design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design + UI/UX projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, and responsive design
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with mobile app design
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum process
• Experience working in IT, SaaS, or digital marketing environments

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,759.38 - ₹25,000.00 per month
