Graphic & UI/UX Designer Intern

CodeTeck is seeking a Graphic & UI/UX Designer Intern to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Work within an early-stage project with the potential to have a big impact.
• Working closely with our Product Owner to define and shape a diverse range of web, app and product experiences
• Quickly and thoroughly create workflows, wireframes, design mockups and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives and features.
• Develop visually stunning and engaging graphic designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing collaterals, and advertisements.
• Create captivating video animations to enhance brand presence and communication across different platforms.
• Design and refine user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience across different devices and platforms.
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Ability to work on several projects at the same time
• Be self-directed but enjoy collaboration, contributing ideas and sharing

Requirements:

• Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual UX design skills.
• Proficiency with design tools and techniques including Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign and animation tools.
• Showcase your Graphic & UI design skills through a portfolio (Behance).
• A solid understanding of responsive design, user-centred design and agile working practices
• A solid understanding of designing to meet accessibility and inclusion requirements
• Strong creative flair and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices.
• The complex problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance user needs.
• A bachelor's degree and a basic experience in graphic design, UI/UX design and video animation.
