Design for Impact. Build for Conversion. Inspire with Every Pixel.

At the Mike Morse Law Firm, we're not just the biggest personal injury firm in the Midwest — we're the boldest. We move fast, think big, and believe in the power of design to spark real connections.

We’re looking for a Graphic & UX Designer who lives at the intersection of eye-catching creativity and strategic performance. If you dream in wireframes and obsess over click-through rates, we want to hear from you. Your mission? Build beautiful, user-focused experiences that turn traffic into trust — and clicks into clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the SEO, Paid Ads, and Social Media teams to craft campaigns that look sharp and convert even sharper
  • Design compelling marketing assets — from social graphics and digital ads to billboards, logos, and branded swag
  • Create high-performing landing pages from scratch, optimized for engagement, conversions, and seamless mobile UX
  • Revamp existing designs using CRO principles to boost performance while staying true to our bold visual identity
  • Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop to develop everything from page prototypes to fully polished graphics
  • Bring data into your design process — analyzing user interactions to improve flows, boost usability, and maximize impact
  • Work closely with developers to ensure your vision translates smoothly from screen to site
  • Stay on trend — bringing fresh ideas and future-forward design thinking to everything you do

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on UX and Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop
  • A portfolio that showcases beautiful, high-converting landing pages
  • Fluency in user-centered design and mobile-first thinking
  • An understanding of front-end dev basics — enough to speak the dev team’s language
  • Top-tier collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines without dropping quality
  • A passion for branding, performance marketing, and helping people connect to powerful ideas

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working with legal, health, or service-based brands
  • Animation or motion graphics experience
  • A Bachelor’s in Design, UX, or related creative fields

Why You’ll Love It Here

At Mike Morse Law Firm, your creativity fuels a mission. You’re not just designing pages — you’re helping real people take the first step toward justice. We value talent, reward results, and love bold ideas.
