Graphic & Web Designer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of visual storytelling, experience in designing for both web and social media, and the ability to translate ideas into elegant, user-friendly digital experiences.

This is a remote full-time position, perfect for someone who enjoys combining aesthetic design with functional layout and consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain pages on the company’s website using Duda.
• Create visually appealing landing pages for programs, workshops, and campaigns.
• Design graphics, posts, and stories for social media platforms.
• Prepare brochures, banners, and other digital/print materials for marketing.
• Design YouTube thumbnails, presentations, and brand decks.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital and print touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Founder, and Marketing Manager to bring creative concepts to life.
• Suggest improvements in layout, UX/UI, and overall design strategy.

Skills & Tools

Required:

• Duda (or similar web builder)
• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Figma or Adobe XD
• Basic video editing (Reels, YouTube)
• Understanding of SEO, UX/UI, and responsive design principles

Nice to Have:

• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Familiarity with designing for wellness, lifestyle, or education sectors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
