Graphic & Web Designer (Full-Time, Remote)

Position Overview

Fast Track Marketing is seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer to join our fully remote team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys working across both graphic design and web development.

As a core member of our creative and production teams, you will be responsible for designing, updating, and maintaining marketing assets and websites that support our clients’ success. From developing engaging visual designs to ensuring websites run smoothly, you will help bring our marketing strategies to life.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create new visual concepts for marketing and promotional materials—including brochures, reports, email designs, print ads, and digital assets

• Update and refresh existing marketing materials with modern, compelling designs that align with brand guidelines.

• Prepare and export final ad files (PDF or applicable formats) and deliver them according to established internal processes.

• Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to refine creative concepts and ensure all design elements meet client objectives.

• Provide graphic support for web-based assets such as banners, hero images, icons, and promotional graphics.

Web Design & Production & Support

• Build, update, and maintain websites and landing pages on WordPress.

• Implement edits, layout changes, content updates, and design enhancements across a variety of client websites.

• Troubleshoot web issues such as broken layouts, forms, display inconsistencies, and plugin conflicts.

• Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility for all web assets.

• Support page structure optimization, site flow, and user experience improvements.

• Perform ongoing website maintenance, including plugin/theme updates, content modifications, and routine optimization.

• Implement basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript updates as needed to refine site functionality and appearance.

• Assist with the creation and development of new site features, templates, and landing page frameworks.

• Support marketing and SEO teams with the implementation of on-page SEO tasks (meta tags, alt text, headers, internal linking, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, or a hybrid creative role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent design tools.

• Strong working knowledge of WordPress, including page builders (Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, etc.).

• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS; experience with basic JavaScript is a plus.

• Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform project briefs into polished, high-impact designs.

• Strong visual design skills with an understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.

• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable in a remote work environment.

• Experience supporting SEO or marketing initiatives is a bonus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
