Graphical Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand current design trends, branding, and digital marketing needs, along with the effective use of AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality posts for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create banners, ads, reels covers, and story designs
• Maintain brand consistency across all client projects
• Collaborate with the social media team for content planning
• Deliver designs on time based on content calendars
• Revise designs based on feedback
• Stay updated with latest design trends and AI tools

Required Skills

• Strong grip on tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro is a plus)
• Understanding of social media formats & dimensions
• Strong sense of color, typography, and layout
• Creativity with attention to detail
• Ability to create both modern and trendy designs

AI Tools & Usage (Must Have / Preferred)

• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc
• Ability to generate design concepts using AI
• Speed up workflow using AI tools
• Edit and refine AI-generated outputs professionally
• Understanding of when to use AI vs manual design
• Creativity in combining AI + human design skills

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred)
• Fresh candidates with strong portfolios and AI knowledge can also apply

Portfolio Requirement

• Must provide a portfolio with social media posts
• Ad creatives
• Branding work (if available)
• Bonus: AI-assisted designs

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Strong time management
• Team player mindset

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Motion graphics / animation
• Basic UI/UX knowledge
• Understanding of marketing psychology
• Experience with AI automation workflows
