We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Printing and CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team and support our upcoming exhibitions.

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop visual assets that align with brand guidelines
• Create layouts, illustrations, infographics, and promotional materials
• Maintain consistency in visual identity across all channels
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Set up and operate CNC machines routers to perform precision machining operations.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job orders.
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor machining processes.
• Adjust machine controls, tool offsets, and program codes to fix issues and improve performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Document production runs and quality checks accurately.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize processes and resolve production issues.

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.

· Proven experience as a CNC operator or machinist.

· Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and G-code programming is advantageous.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

· Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

· Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks during shifts.
