Graphics Designer

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging eLearning course graphics, including layouts, templates, icons, and illustrations aligned with instructional content.
• Create UI designs, and interactive elements that enhance learner engagement and understanding.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and Developers to transform learning concepts into effective visual solutions.
• Develop graphics, infographics, and animations for online training modules, simulations, and assessments.
• Ensure that all visual elements follow eLearning standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI) and accessibility guidelines.
• Adapt designs for responsive learning content (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Maintain brand consistency across all eLearning deliverables.
• Stay updated on eLearning design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve course aesthetics and usability.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience required: 2+ Years.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across different mediums.
• Excellent sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt designs accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
