Graphics Designer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and consistent Graphic Designer to join our THE GLOBE SCHOOL team. You’ll be responsible for designing daily visuals and short videos for our social media platforms, helping build a strong digital presence with eye-catching posts that connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging social media posts (images + short videos) daily for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create content for campaigns, reels, stories, ads, banners, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and create creatives accordingly.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
• Work on basic video editing, GIFs, transitions, and reels for social media.
• Keep up with design trends, especially in the EdTech and youth content space.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic designing for social media.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Basic video editing in Premiere Pro or CapCut preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and social media understanding.
• Good understanding of social media dimensions, formats, and audience engagement.
• Ability to work fast-paced and meet daily deadlines.
• Bonus: Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, or Telugu + English bilingual content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
