Graphics Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2 to 5 Years experience candidate to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva, with a passion for creating engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design posters, stories, and thumbnails using Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
• Develop visually appealing templates to ensure brand consistency.
• Create custom illustrations and icons as needed to complement design work.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching content.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

KPI:

• Design Quality: Assess creativity, visual appeal, and adherence to principles.
• Project Timelines: Monitor meeting deadlines and comparing estimated vs. actual time.
• Client Satisfaction: Evaluate client feedback to meet expectations effectively.
• Design Accuracy: Ensure precision in typography, color, and layout consistency.
• Project Efficiency: Measure project completion within time frames and success rate.
• Collaboration: Assess teamwork, communication, and feedback incorporation.
• Professional Development: Track commitment to learning and skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in social media content creation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
