Job Overview

Sourcing Sathi is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and UI/UX design tools like Figma. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong visual storytelling, and user-centered design skills to craft impactful designs for digital and print media, as well as intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics, social media creatives, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to deliver creative assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
• Work on website and app design to ensure smooth user experience.
• Stay updated with design trends and bring innovative ideas to projects.
• Ensure all visuals are optimized for digital platforms.
• Deliver creative outputs within deadlines while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or UI/UX Designer.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to adapt to different design styles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and UI/UX projects.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of branding and marketing design strategies.
• Experience with web design or familiarity with front-end principles.
• Understanding of social media content creation and trends.
