About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual content across digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, be skilled in design software, and have a good understanding of brand identity, marketing needs, and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling creatives for social media, ads, presentations, websites, emailers, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with content writers, marketing, and strategy teams to conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand goals
• Create visual assets for both digital and print (e.g., brochures, posters, banners, packaging)
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color usage, and tone across all designs
• Adapt existing designs into different formats and sizes for multiple platforms
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, tools, and techniques
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising on quality

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and branding work
• Understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and design principles
• Experience working in a fast-paced creative or marketing team
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Bonus: Knowledge of UI/UX basics, Canva, or web design tools (like Figma or Webflow)
