Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Graphic Designer (Fresher) to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of design aesthetics, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and assist in developing visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Support senior designers in executing creative concepts, layouts, and marketing materials.
• Design social media creatives, brochures, posters, packaging, and branding materials.
• Ensure consistency with brand identity and design standards across all outputs.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and client servicing teams to deliver effective designs.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
• Strong creative and visual thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• A design portfolio (academic, freelance, or internship work) showcasing creativity and design capability.
