Job Summary:
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative materials that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires a combination of creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver impactful visuals for digital, print, and social media platforms — especially in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:1. Creative Design & Branding
- Develop and maintain consistent visual identity across all company materials and digital platforms.
- Create designs for brochures, flyers, hoardings, digital ads, presentations, and corporate branding materials.
- Design visually compelling layouts for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute brand campaigns and launch creatives.
2. Social Media & Digital Content
- Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and ad creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Work with content and video teams to develop visual storytelling concepts for campaigns.
- Maintain a creative content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
3. Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Supervise junior designers and guide them in achieving design consistency and creativity.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and sales teams to understand campaign goals and deliver results-oriented visuals.
- Present creative ideas and mood boards to management for approval.
4. Print & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with printing vendors for production of marketing materials.
- Ensure accuracy of color, resolution, and material specifications for print jobs.
5. Trend Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices in digital media and real estate branding.
- Experiment with new formats, layouts, and tools (AI, motion graphics, etc.) to enhance visual communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in graphic design (real estate, advertising agency, or branding preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and brand storytelling skills.
Technical Skills Required:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, or other design platforms.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and AI design tools (Midjourney, Leonardo AI, etc.) is an advantage.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Soft Skills:
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior designers.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
