Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for Social media , Ads , packaging, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts for PowerPoint presentations, brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, banners, and other promotional materials.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Ensure consistency of design elements across different media platforms.
• Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with the printing team to ensure high-quality output.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, printing techniques, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Minimum 1 years professional experience as a graphic designer (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print and packaging work, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in CorelDraw and advanced PowerPoint design.
• Solid understanding of social media and prepress (bleeds, trims, colour modes, file formats).
• Strong sense of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take client feedback and iterate quickly.
• Good time-management and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must be available onsite at the Lucknow location.

Nice-to-have (Not mandatory)

• Experience with packaging dielines and structural concepts.

• Basic video-editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
