Role Overview:

Do you have a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for design? We're seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a recent graduate with a design degree, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment while honing your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Essential Skills and Software:

· Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

· Figma or Adobe XD (UI/UX Design experience a plus)

· Basic understanding of video editing software (Premiere Pro preferred)

· Familiarity with AI design tools like Midjourney

· Strong visual communication and design sense

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

· Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing graphic design solutions.

· Design a variety of marketing collaterals, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, presentations, website elements, GIFs, and short videos.

· Utilize UI/UX design principles to create user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications (if applicable).

· Create and edit basic video content.

· Experiment with AI design tools like Midjourney to generate creative concepts.

· Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

· Manage revisions and provide timely feedback to clients.

· Ensure all final designs are print-ready or optimized for digital use.

· Stay up-to-date on the latest video production trends and techniques

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related field (e.g., Fine Arts, Multimedia Design).

· Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience

· Strong design principles foundation (color theory, typography, etc.)

· Pro in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Excellent communication & collaboration skills

· Strong attention to detail & time management

· Creative & problem-solving skills
