Graphics Designer

We are seeking a designer—meaning an efficient professional who delivers high-quality, impactful work with minimal overhead. This role requires versatility, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to produce creative assets quickly across multiple platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer looking for significant creative autonomy and portfolio-building work.

Location: Remote (India preferred, but open to other locations for the right fit).

Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing):

• Marketing & Social Media Design: Create engaging and on-brand graphics for all digital channels, including social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), advertisements, email newsletters, and blog headers.
• Brand Collateral: Develop and maintain core brand assets, including presentations, one-pagers, and pitch deck designs.
• Web & UI Elements: Design visual elements for our website and landing pages (icons, banners, infographics) that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Visual Strategy: Translate marketing objectives and business goals into effective, aesthetically pleasing visual solutions.
• Maintain Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.

• Strong Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-quality design work, especially in digital marketing and branding for startups or fast-moving projects.
• Software Proficiency: Expert command of key design tools which requires for Video creation and graphics.
• Core Design Principles: Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Speed & Efficiency: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and iterate rapidly based on feedback.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
