Graphics designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer responsible only for creating high-quality designs for print and digital branding materials. The ideal candidate should have strong command of design tools, creativity, and attention to detail to support the organisation’s branding and recruitment material.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding

• Create layouts and designs for brochures, flyers, prospectuses, student guides, certificates, banners, standees, and event materials.
• Design branding elements such as logos, icons, infographics, and visual themes.
• Ensure all designs follow Pathways Global Education’s brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across all printed materials.

Print-Ready Files & Production

• Prepare accurate, high-resolution, print-ready files.
• Coordinate with printing vendors for colour proofing and final outputs.
• Ensure quality control of all printed materials.

Document & Template Design

• Develop editable templates for internal use (certificates, forms, letterheads, IDs, etc.).
• Update existing materials as needed for new programs, partnerships, or branches.

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with operations, admissions, and marketing leads to understand design requirements.
• Translate concepts and instructions into professional, clean designs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and print standards.
• Ability to produce professional-quality designs under strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Prior experience in educational or corporate design is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
