Key Responsibilities:

1 .Conceptualize, design, and produce a variety of marketing and communication materials, including:

2. Digital: Social media graphics (static, animated, stories), web banners, email templates, presentation decks, digital ads, and blog graphics.

3 . Print: Brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, packaging, and event materials.

4 . Branding: Logo design, iconography, and brand guideline development.

5 .Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

6 .Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines.

7. Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

8 . Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to company guidelines.

9 . Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

10 . Prepare and preflight files for both digital and print production.

Qualifications & Skills required for the role :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

6 months of internship or full time role of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.

An impressive portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in typography, color theory, and layout.

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential).

Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a strong plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.

Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
