Graphics Designer

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can bring strong visual storytelling, modern design sense, and the ability to transform client briefs into impactful brand and marketing creatives. The ideal candidate should balance creativity with practicality—producing designs that not only look great but also align with business and marketing goals.Key Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret client briefs, then develop creative concepts & moodboards.
• Design graphics across branding, digital campaigns, social media, and print collaterals.
• Create visual identities, layouts, and marketing materials that reflect brand consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, web) and communicate concepts clearly.
• Use AI-powered design tools (where relevant) to speed up workflows and enhance creativity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, formats, and tools.
• Create and prepare designs specifically for printing materials (flex, brochures, packaging, visiting cards, standees, etc.) with correct sizing, bleed, and print-ready formats.

Skills & Tools

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX collaboration.
• Canva (for quick adaptations/templates).
• Knowledge of print material design standards—bleed, margins, CMYK, high-resolution output, packaging layouts, etc.
• Bonus: Exposure to AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E).

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of professional design experience (agency or brand side).
• Strong, versatile portfolio (branding, social, campaign creatives).
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail, typography, and layout.
• Good communication & presentation skills—comfortable explaining ideas.
• Ability to adapt design styles for different industries/clients.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
• (Optional but valued) Ability to mentor junior designers.
