We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in designing and video editing across multiple formats. The ideal candidate should be proficient with modern design tools, have strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to create high-quality digital assets for social media, ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.
You should have proven experience working with tools like CapCut, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva Pro, and AI-based design tools. Strong video editing skills, motion graphics, and the ability to work on fast-paced creative requirements are essential. Experience in UI/UX design will be considered a significant plus.

Design high-quality graphics for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and other marketing assets.

Create short-form and long-form video content using CapCut, After Effects, illustrator and similar editing tools.

Develop static and motion graphic creatives aligned with brand guidelines.

Use AI design tools to accelerate creative workflows and produce modern, visually appealing assets.

Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and other team members to deliver cohesive and effective designs.

Work on creative concepts, storyboards, and visually compelling layouts.

Edit raw video footage, add effects/transitions, enhance audio, and optimize outputs for various platforms.

Ensure brand consistency across all design and video assets.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts and visual themes.

Keep up with design trends, social media creative trends, and emerging creative tools.

Support website and product teams with UI/UX elements when required (bonus).

3 - 4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Video Editor.

Strong command of Photoshop, After Effects, CapCut, Canva Pro, Adobe illustrator and other creative software.

Hands-on experience with AI design tools.

Good understanding of layout principles, typography, color theory, and brand aesthetics.

Proven experience in creating video edits, reels, motion graphics, and promotional videos.

Ability to design for multiple formats (horizontal, vertical, square) based on platform requirements.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of UI/UX design (Figma or Adobe XD is a plus).
