KNS Infrastructure is a leading residential plotted development company committed to delivering quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer – Marketing to join our team and drive impactful visual communication across all marketing channels.

Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing compelling marketing collaterals for both digital and offline campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and creating engaging visuals that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create brochures, flyers, posters, hoardings, presentations, and other marketing collaterals
• Design social media creatives, website banners, emailers, and digital campaigns
• Develop branding materials including logos, layouts, and visual themes for projects
• Ensure consistency in colors, typography, and overall brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and digital teams for timely delivery
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (real estate experience is a plus)
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media design
• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategies

Company Timings :

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ( Monday – Saturday )
