Job Description: Graphic Designer (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, ads, banners, and marketing campaigns.
• Design creatives for digital marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Ads).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and video content.
• Make revisions based on feedback and meet deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Working knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new trends and tools.
• Basic understanding of social media content formats is a plus.

Eligibility

• Graduate relevant degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio or sample work are encouraged to apply.
