Dev Rishi Educational Society (DRES) is an education and Allied Services organization.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who combines creativity with clarity - someone who understands the value of thoughtful design in education, communication, and outreach.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will play an important role in shaping DRES’s visual identity across digital and print platforms. This position requires a balanced approach to creativity, consistency, and execution, working closely with internal teams to ensure clear and effective visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visuals for digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media creatives, presentations, newsletters, and reports.
• Create visual content for program promotions, events, webinars, job fairs, and institutional campaigns.
• Edit and produce short videos, reels, animations, and basic motion graphics for social media and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
• Develop visual support for official documents, project proposals, case studies, and student success stories.
• Handle multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Keep design work aligned with organizational values, communication goals, and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with relevant design trends and tools to continuously improve output quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• 2 or more years of professional experience in graphic design; experience in education, training, or the social sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
• Working knowledge of Video Editing and Motion Graphics for digital platforms.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, purposeful, and consistent design work.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to translate ideas into clear visuals.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
