Graphics Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 2+ years of hands-on experience who can manage client requirements, collaborate with team members, and take ownership of design deliverables. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client expectations, translating ideas into visually compelling designs, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines
• Communicate directly with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
• Create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms
• Design marketing creatives, social media posts, banners, presentations, ads, and branding assets
• Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), After Effects, and other relevant design tools
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Collaborate closely with internal team members (marketing, content, development, etc.)
• Lead and manage the design workflow, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables
• Review and approve design work created by team members
• Take full ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and related tools
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts
• Experience in client communication and requirement gathering
• Ability to manage a small team and delegate tasks effectively
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle feedback constructively and make revisions efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing
• Knowledge of social media design trends and digital marketing creatives
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects

Pay: ₹11,006.84 - ₹30,000.00 per month
