Graphics Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing logos, social media graphics, banners, and product packaging. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and branding teams to create visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with the company’s identity and brand strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Logo Design: Design unique, memorable logos that capture the essence of the brand and align with company values.
• Social Media Graphics: Create eye-catching graphics for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase user engagement and support marketing campaigns.
• Banners and Promotional Material: Design banners, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials that effectively communicate brand messages.
• Product Packaging Design: Develop creative and functional designs for product packaging, ensuring that the design is both visually appealing and aligned with brand identity.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual style across all touchpoints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines.
• Revision and Feedback: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to designs to meet expectations and standards.
• Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance design quality and creativity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional design experience, especially with logo, social media, and packaging design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work in logo design, social media graphics, and product packaging.

Basic Skills Needed:

• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant Adobe tools for design work.
• Strong understanding of typography principles and how to use fonts effectively in design.
• Knowledge of color psychology and the ability to apply color schemes that complement the brand's identity.
• Experience with logo creation, including vector-based design principles.
• Proficiency in designing optimized graphics for various social media platforms with an understanding of size, resolution, and engagement best practices.
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually engaging designs while solving design challenges.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
