We are now expanding our operational footprint in Patiala & Chandigarh and looking for a versatile individual to join our growing team.

The Role

This is a dual-responsibility role perfect for a creative professional who is also highly organized. You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content for our Indian clientele in multiple industries like Entertainment Industry, Manufacturing Industry, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our Patiala office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design:

• Design a wide range of marketing materials, including logos, brochures, pamphlets, magazine covers, and social media graphics.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance design workflows and create innovative visual assets.
• Execute basic video editing for social media content and digital marketing ads.
• Collaborate with the team based in Chandigarh to ensure branding consistency across all projects.
• Scheduling or posting social media content on multiple platforms

2. Office Management:

• Handle daily office administrative tasks and maintain a professional work environment.
• Maintaining a record of stock coming in/out of the warehouse.

Requirements & Skills

• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• AI Integration: Familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., Canva AI or other free tools) to speed up production.
• Technical Skills: Basic video editing skills are a must.
• Creative Eye: Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Education: Freshers with a strong portfolio are highly encouraged to apply.
• Language: Good communication skills (English/Punjabi/Hindi).
