Graphics Designer

Job description:

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer and AI Specialist. The primary responsibilities include designing graphics in image and video, motion graphics, AI images, videos and animations, as well as enhancing existing visual assets. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality designs and admin operational activities as required and guided by management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for web, social media, and presentations.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and video content for multiple platforms.
• Work on various admin and operational tasks including social media management
• Collaborate with management to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
• Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines, consistency, and quality standards.
• Support ad-hoc design tasks, including presentations, banners, and promotional material.
• Maintain organized files, versions, and project documentation.
• Keep up with design trends, tools, and techniques to suggest creative improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics & AI image and videos.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and/or Figma, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with video editing, and motion graphics.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle varying workloads.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow guidance from management.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphics, motion graphics, and animation work is required.
• Diligent, responsible, and proud of accountability in delivering tasks on time and with quality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
