Graphics Designer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Graphic design and layout of print materials (leaflets, booklets, roll-up banners, newsletters, factsheets, infographics, etc.)
• Graphic design and layout of flagship publications and marketing materials
• Design of web-based promotional products (HTML newsletters, web banners in various formats, e-bulletins, infographics, animated GIFs, etc.)
• Creation of engaging social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Creation and editing of short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, ads)
• Motion graphics and animation for digital campaigns
• Video editing including transitions, effects, text animation, and sound integration
• Design and development of visual identity/branding for projects, initiatives, and special events
• Picture processing and enhancement for digital and print use

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer who can design high-quality visuals and also create engaging video content, including social media reels and promotional videos.

The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals along with motion graphics and short-form video editing skills.

Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Innovative and creative approach to design and storytelling
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with high quality standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Required Skills and Experience

• Professional degree in Graphic Design, Arts, Architecture, or related field (or relevant awards/portfolio)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
• Excellent knowledge of graphic design software
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects (Ae) is mandatory
• Experience in creating social media reels and promotional videos is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Gautam Buddha Nagar District)
