Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities

- Design posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and digital creatives for events and campaigns

- Create engaging content for social media, website, and newsletters

- Collaborate with content, media, and event teams to deliver impactful visuals

- Ensure brand consistency across all print and digital assets

- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for festivals and events

- Photography during events, festivals, and activities, as required

- Perform photo editing, color correction, and image optimization for print and digital use

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and visual storytelling

- Solid grasp of typography, layout, and color theory

- Basic understanding of photography fundamentals (composition, lighting, framing)

- Ability to edit and enhance photographs using industry-standard tools

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to manage time and handle tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field

- Experience in cultural, non-profit, or religious organizations

- Knowledge of Kannada/Hindi design adaptation is a plus

- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is an advantage

Work Conditions

- Full-time, on-site at ISKCON Bangalore campus

- Standard office hours (Mon–Sat), with flexibility during major festivals and events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
