About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who genuinely enjoys turning ideas into visuals.

At BlinkEstudio, you won’t just “make posts.” You’ll work on different brands, different industries, and different styles — from social media campaigns to website visuals and occasional print work. If you’re someone who loves experimenting with layouts, typography, colors, and motion — and wants to grow in an agency environment — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing social media posts, digital ads, and website banners.
• Creating basic product mockups and campaign visuals.
• Assisting in branding projects (logos, stationery, visual identity elements).
• Supporting print design tasks like flyers and marketing collateral.
• Editing short videos or creating simple motion graphics for campaigns.
• Working closely with the marketing and content team to bring ideas to life.
• Making revisions based on feedback (without taking it personally — we’re a collaborative team!).
• Ensuring all designs are clean, aligned, and on-brand before delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 1.5 – 3 years of practical design experience (agency experience is a plus, not mandatory).
• A strong, updated portfolio that shows variety (social, branding, digital, maybe some motion).
• Good grip on:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorBasic After Effects (for simple animations)
• Understanding of design basics: typography, color balance, spacing, alignment.
• Someone organized, responsible, and comfortable handling multiple small projects.
• A team player who’s open to feedback and willing to learn.
