Graphics Designer & AI Specialist

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer and Admin to work on creating visual and animated content for a variety of projects. The primary responsibilities include designing graphics, motion graphics, and animations, as well as enhancing existing visual assets. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality designs and admin operational activities as required and guided by management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for web, social media, and presentations.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and video content for multiple platforms.
• Work on various admin and operational tasks
• Collaborate with management to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
• Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines, consistency, and quality standards.
• Support ad-hoc design tasks, including presentations, banners, and promotional material.
• Maintain organized files, versions, and project documentation.
• Keep up with design trends, tools, and techniques to suggest creative improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics & AI image and videos.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and/or Figma, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with video editing, and motion graphics.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle varying workloads.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow guidance from management.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphics, motion graphics, and animation work is required.
• Diligent, responsible, and proud of accountability in delivering tasks on time and with quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
