Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photo and video content for marketing

campaigns, events, and digital platforms.

• Create graphics, layouts, and visual assets for website, social media, and promotional

materials.

• Develop compelling web and marketing copy aligned with brand messaging.
• Design UI mock-ups, landing pages, and visual layouts using tools like Figma

(preferred).

• Coordinate and execute on-site shoots including product visuals, corporate videos,

interviews, and client projects.

• Manage post-production tasks such as editing, motion graphics, and sound syncing.
• Maintain brand standards across all creative output.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to support campaigns and

company announcements.

• Stay updated with industry trends, styles, and evolving digital formats to keep the

brand creative and fresh.

Required Skillsets

• Hands-on experience in graphic design, video production, and content development.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and related creative

software (Adobe Cloud).

• Photography and videography skills including camera handling, lighting, and

composition.

• Basic content writing ability for websites, captions, micro-copy, and promotional text.
• Ability to think creatively and turn ideas into engaging visual content.
• Organized approach to managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Attention to quality, brand consistency, and visual detail.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently and in collaboration with cross-

functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
